BASQUE BURNT CHEESECAKE - Creamy and Rich | Easy Recipe for Beginners #StayHome #WithMe
We are back for another video recipe! We have been dying to try making this Basque Burnt Cheesecake ever since we saw it recently on TV and so many posts in social media too. This recipe is perfect for beginners because it's fail-proof and using minimal ingredients. It's also perfect to try during your isolation or quarantine time.
This cheesecake is quite different than other cheesecakes. It's unlike the Japanese cotton cheesecake, it resembles the texture of New York cheesecake, only it's much softer and doesn't have the biscuit crust at the bottom. This cheesecake is definitely very special with the addition of burnt aroma from the top of the cake.
Make sure you check out the video for the baking instructions and tips & trick to help you make your first successful basque burnt cheesecake.
